Meet the Founders

Mason brings a results-driven approach shaped by years of leadership in performance-focused logistics and sales environments. At ITS Logistics, he led national strategic accounts, including the U.S. Mail—its largest client—gaining expertise in time-critical freight execution and supply chain performance. He later served as Director of Sales at KniTec, a hospitality technology firm, where he oversaw national partnerships and delivered integrated logistics solutions. His combined background in freight strategy and client development supports BET's customer-first model and scalable delivery programs.

Neil brings over a decade of experience in operational leadership and supply chain development. At TeleAdapt Inc., he built and led U.S. operations, launched a warehouse and fulfillment center in Reno supporting $11M in annual logistics, and managed continent-wide distribution. He later co-founded Nonstop, Inc., scaling it from startup to $8M in revenue across the U.S. and Canada through end-to-end supply chain execution and operational innovation.

William is a consumer electronics veteran with decades of experience in global product development, manufacturing, and logistics. He has partnered with world-class retailers including Walmart and Target to deliver tens of millions of units from concept through production. His track record spans large global brands and boutique specialty companies, with deep expertise in high-volume distribution and retail execution.
